We know it is unconventional and we know we can charge you more but we don’t. We care about fairness and transparency in our pricing policy. We care about advancing affordable parenting solution to parents all over the world. There is no middleman involved in our price structure, we sell direct to you.
How is Beblum product quality fare compare to other international brands?
All Beblum products are manufactured to comply with latest European safety standards and we ensure all products are made with the highest quality materials like any other international brands.
Is there any showroom for product viewing?
We do not have a showroom currently as we are keeping the operation cost low to continue providing affordable pricing to our valued customers.
Where do I purchase Authentic Beblum Merchandise?
You can purchase from either our website ‘www. beblum.com.my’ or one of our authorized merchant as well.
Please note, we do not sell merchandise through individuals, street vendors, flea markets, unauthorized retail locations/websites, or at second hand / consignment stores. If you buy an alleged Beblum product through a non-authorized merchant, you could be purchasing a counterfeit.
How do I make sure I am not purchasing a counterfeit product?
The only way to know you are purchasing a true Beblum product is to purchase from either our website ‘www.beblum.com.my or from one of our authorized merchants. Similarly to other sought after brands, counterfeit Beblum products are being produced and marketed on a frequent basis. While the items may mirror the look and feel of our products, they are fake and do not meet our quality standards. We do not support these products in anyway.
What payment methods does Beblum accept?
We currently accept payment methods listed in image below. You will be required to provide your name, credit card number, expiration date, and the Card Verification Value (CVV number).
What if I am not satisfied with Beblum products since there is no preview before purchase?
We provide hassle free return if you are not satisfy with the product. Just make sure the product is unused and in original packaging when you decided to return to us. For more information, please read our return policy below.
When will I receive the products I ordered from your website?
All orders are shipped via standard shipping and will take 7 to 10 business days from time the order is placed.
How can I track the status an order from your website?
Check your order status even when logged in and click on Order Status. You will need to provide your order number and billing zip code. An order confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received. Your tracking code also will be send to your email as well as updated in your account’s Order Status.
What is your return policy?
At Beblum, your satisfaction with our merchandise is very important to us. Eligible merchandise may be returned free of charge with the conditions that must satisfy the following in order to be eligible for refund.
• The merchandise must be in the original unused condition. Example - such as the strollers must not have any wear and tear on the wheel.
• The Package must be complete with all the warranty cards, manuals, instructions and receipt for proof of purchase.
• Please note Beblum will not accept returns for any products that have been used, including, without limitation, product that show visible wear and fabric items that have been worn or washed.
• Please note Beblum do not provide return shipping service. Customer would need to arrange own return shipping.
• We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your return item. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment, which generally takes within 60 days from the shipping date. For any return, contact our Customer Care team via Contact Us to initiate the return.
How do I return a product purchased from Beblum website or authorized merchants?
The products purchased on our website may be returned within 14 days from the received date. Items must be unused and returned in their original package with receipt proof of purchase. For any return, contact our Customer Care team via Contact Us to initiate the return.
What's the use of product registration?
You will receive news on useful accessories and products. We will also send newsletter containing updates, news and tips to help you make the most of your stroller. It’s also great for us to know how to reach you in case of free upgrades relating to your stroller.
Is there a warranty on my product?
All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year, beginning on the date of purchase. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase, and contact the retailer from which you purchased your receipt for warranty inquiries.
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty is 1 year. Please also fill in the warranty form on our website.
When is the warranty not applicable?
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects as long as you are the original owner of the product which was used under normal usage and under compliance with the operating instructions. The warranty does not cover claims and damages from:
• Normal wear and tear
• Product misuse / failure to follow operating instructions
• Abuse, carelessness, improper care / storage
• Modification or alteration of the product
• Service / repair from non-authorized service center
• Third party parts or accessories
• Air transportation or freight damage
• Product dissatisfaction
